Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Super luxurious. The place is sparkling clean, quality furniture, very well equipped, down to ample kitchen utensils. Towels, pillows and sheets were comparable to 5 star hotels.
Negative: The mall is still very much empty. Limited restaurants after evenings and no convenience stores. Most of the facilities like bowling are still under maintenance, indoor pool is not heated. Parking is expensive. RM 31.80 for a night’s stay (7pm to 11am). Wall socket can be rather limited, suggest to provide extension sockets. Providing face towels and microwave oven will be a great plus. The oven is great but i believe a microwave is much easier to clean for your staff’s sake. We heated some croissants and I pity the cleaner having to clean out the crumbs from the oven.
Summary: Luxurious stay for family of 6 with great view and access.
